What this page is and why it exists.
Why a separate page from FX
FX and index futures share the same macro plumbing (Fed, CPI, NFP, risk regime) but they trade differently. Indices respond to earnings, sector rotation, and VIX dynamics that FX doesn't touch directly. This page brings the futures-specific signals together so you can read the equity tape without leaving NewsHedge.

The reading order
The page is organized top-down by decision priority. Read in this order every morning:

- ▸2. Regime strip — RISK_ON / RISK_OFF / STAGFLATION_LEAN / DOLLAR_EVENT / MIXED. Confirms or contradicts the AI.
- ▸3. 6 contract cards — live tape, ATR, range position, COT positioning chip.
- ▸4. VIX term structure — calm or panic? Contango or backwardation?
- ▸5. Sector heatmap — what's being bought and sold today.
- ▸6. Earnings catalysts — what's on deck in the next 4 weeks.
- ▸7. Macro Lens equity feed — real-time tweet flow from the equity universe.
